Carolyn Ellis (2004) defines an auto ethnography as "research, writing, story, and method that connect the autobiographical and personal to the cultural, social and political." In this auto ethnography, I delve into what happened on September 11th, 2001 and I interview some people who have interesting stories about 9/11. I also look into how 9/11 affected people in the days and years after the fact.
